Shmuel Zoltak has over 30 years’ experience as a police officer, primarily as the Chief Negotiator for Israel National Police. He is an expert in crisis negotiation, psychological profiling and crisis management, with a particular focus on anti-terrorism. He’s managed and resolved hundreds of crises throughout his career, ranging from suicide attempts to terror-related activities, kidnapping and hostage situations.
